One of the main products which are produced in South Pars Special Economic Energy Zone through gas refining is sulfur.
Sulfur is shipped in bulk (Granule) through South Pars Port for internal consumes and export by a ship loader system.
It has been more than five years that the produced sulfur is loaded by this special ship loader.

However, it does not have the sufficient efficiency due to weakness in design and payload.
Hence, POGC has been urged to change this system with new brand that would have higher capacity of payload, in order to increase the capacity of warehousing, loading of the produced sulfur by the gas refineries.
Consequently, dismantling project of the old system for loading which had the duration of 45 days has been awarded to Virak Co.
The difficulty and importance of the project that was structural, equipments, cabling as well as instrumentations dismantling of 300 Tons from 20 meter of the ground level has lead to consider the safety issues and execute the plan carefully.
